DIY Dip!

You’ve registered, you’ve fundraised, now it’s time to Dip!

Take the Dip between March 9^th and March 10^th!   You will receive a DIY Kit that contains everything you need for your DIY Dip: a party pack, snack pack, and any incentives that you’ve earned.  Once you receive your DIY Kit, you are set to Dip however you’d like. 

All Dippers must sign a waiver before Dipping, either online or paper form. Individuals under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian complete their waiver. 

Take video or photos of your Dip, add them to your fundraising page and be sure to tag #SONHDip on social media.

Important Dates to Remember

Friday, March 1^st: Deadline to register for pre-dip DIY kits delivery

Sunday, March 3^rd: Fundraising deadline to guarantee you receive your DIY kit by March 8^th

Tuesday, March 5^th to Friday, March 8^th: Dip DIY deliveries

Saturday, March 9^th to Sunday, March 10^th: DIP!

Cold/freezing/frozen water presents obvious and not-so-obvious dangers and is risky at any depth to people of any age, mobility, or health status. You must exercise caution and personal responsibility in your DIY Dip activities. SONH cannot identify or control the risk of every DIY Dip activity and has not endorsed or approved as safe for any particular Dip activity. 

Be smart, be safe and be careful in whatever form your DIY Dip takes you, follow applicable water (and freezing water) safety and COVID-19 protocols. Have fun with it, but most importantly, BE SAFE!
