Plunge Information:
Take the Plunge!
Hampton Plunge Check-in
All plungers must check-in by 11 AM on Plunge Day
Check-in takes place from 9-11 AM on the day of the Plunge at the Ashworth by the Sea Hotel; or you can avoid the long lines by checking in at our Eversource-specific check in site (date and time TBD).
At check-in, plungers will:

Complete a registration form (if you did not register online)

Hand in any cash and/or check donations that you received along with a Cash Donor Record Form

Sign a waiver, or if you are under 18 hand in a waiver signed by your parent/guardian

Receive wristbands for you to Plunge and for a guest to access the Hampton Casino Ballroom

Receive your basic Plunge package and any additional incentives that you've earned

- Thursday, February 5 | 6-7 PM
Ashworth by the Sea Hotel
- Friday, February 6 | 5:30–6:30 PM
- Saturday, February 7 | 9:00-11:00 AM
- Saturday, February 7 | 5:00–6:30 PM
- Sunday, February 8 | 9:00–11:00 AM
If you’ve already checked in, you can head straight to the Casino Ballroom on Plunge Day. If not, please plan to check in during one of the times listed above before joining the festivities.
