Join the jungle where inclusion runs wild!

I’m so excited to be making an icy splash into the Atlantic at the Penguin Plunge for Special Olympics New Hampshire! This year’s theme is “Jungle Safari” and I’m ready to go wild for inclusion — trading snow boots for safari boots and taking the plunge for an incredible cause!

Please donate to my Plunge — your support helps Special Olympics athletes across the Granite State participate in life-changing programs that promote fitness, confidence, and inclusion.

Every dollar makes a difference in building a New Hampshire where everyone belongs — where every athlete has the chance to roar with pride, swing into success, and feel celebrated for who they are.

Thank you for helping me make a splash for inclusion — and for keeping the jungle spirit alive, even in freezing waters!

Another splash in the ocean

Wednesday 7th Jan

The Penguin Plunge is one of New Hampshire’s most iconic and exhilarating winter traditions! Organized by Special Olympics New Hampshire (SONH), this annual fundraising event brings together brave participants (“Plungers”) who dive, jump, or wade into the frigid Atlantic Ocean at Hampton Beach to raise money for athletes with intellectual disabilities.

Every dollar supports year-round programs, including sports training, competitions, health initiatives, and leadership opportunities for over 2,700 SONH athletes across the state. It’s a powerful mix of fun, courage, community spirit, and inclusion — proving that a quick shock of cold water can create lasting warmth and opportunity for others.

Here are some exciting scenes from past Penguin Plunges to show the energy, costumes, and sheer bravery involved:
