Team Shock and Thaw
Please support team SHOCK and THAW in honor of our son and brother Moses Hart. Moses was a very loved 16 year old young man who participated in Special Olympics bowling at Yankee lanes in Keene NH. He loved his teammates and the volunteers who made his participation possible.
Moses participated in the pampered polar plunge two year. This year Moses will be watching from above while his family and friends take the plunge to support Special Olympics!
