Every Day, Everywhere

Special Olympics New Hampshire trainings and competitions happen year-round and state-wide. We offer 17 Olympic-style sports. So whatever your age or skill level, Special Olympics has something for you. Many athletes start in one sport, then go on to try others.

Through sports, our athletes see themselves for their abilities, not disabilities. Their world is opened with acceptance and understanding. They become confident and empowered by their accomplishments. By participating in Special Olympics, they are joining the most inclusive community on the planet, a community that is growing every day.

My husband and I are home care providers for two elderly individuals, so the Special Olympics and anything related to promoting, supporting, and creating opportunities for anyone, including everyone, no matter their abilities, is very near and dear to my heart.
