A Quick History of my SONH Experience

I haven't taken this plunge since high school and I’m so excited to take part again. I'm a little nervous too, since I'm far more sensitive to cold than I was then, but for Special Olympics? I'll do it!

I have been involved with SONH since my Freshman year at high school through the unified sports. Now, fast forward 12 years and I am heading into another fun and fulfilling year of volunteering and assistant coaching the Dover basketball and Track & Field teams. Thank you to everyone to their support of this wonderful cause.
