Guess who’s voluntarily jumping into the Atlantic Ocean at Hampton Beach in the middle of winter? That’s right, me. Clearly, I’ve lost all common sense, but it’s for the incredible athletes of Special Olympics New Hampshire, so it’s worth it.

This isn’t your average beach day. It’s cold. It’s wet. It’s the kind of experience that makes you question every decision you’ve ever made. But it’s nothing compared to the strength, determination, and courage of the Special Olympics athletes. They’re the real stars here, and I’m just the idiot shivering for a cause.
