24 Dips. 24 Hours. No Warm Water.
Monday 2nd MarThis weekend I’ll be jumping into freezing water 24 times in 24 hours for the Mega Dip to support Special Olympics New Hampshire.
Yes, this was a voluntary decision. No, I haven’t lost a bet.
I’m doing it because Special Olympics isn’t just about sports. It’s about confidence, opportunity, inclusion, and giving athletes with intellectual disabilities a platform to compete and thrive. That takes funding. Coaching, equipment, health programs, events — it all matters.
The cold will last a few minutes.
The impact lasts a lifetime.
So while I’m questioning my life choices somewhere between dip 7 and dip 18, just know it’s for a cause that’s bigger than comfort.
