I'm so excited to be making an icy splash in Lake Winnipesaukee for Special Olympics New Hampshire! This year's theme is "Jungle Safari" and I’m ready to swing into action, roar for inclusion, and take the ultimate wild dip - all for an incredible cause!

Polar Plunge 2026!
Sunday 11th JanHi! My name is Ashley Constant and I’m partaking in the Polar Plunge at Lake Winnipesaukee to support the Special Olympics. I’ll be jumping in with my bare feet and my barn family by my side! I’m proud to be part of the Unified Program at Nashua High School North, where I participate in Unified Basketball, Unified Track, and other school activities. The Special Olympics and Unified Sports mean so much to me because they bring people together and celebrate inclusion.
I have been riding for almost 8 years now at Chase Farms. Thoughout those years I have noticed Horses have a special way of helping kids with special needs grow and thrive. Their gentle nature builds trust, confidence, and a sense of calm. Most of all, horses help kids feel capable, accepted, and proud of who they are
Our team has come together and is called The Frosted Fillies. Please consider donating and helping our team raise money for the Special Olympics.
