Hi everyone! My name is Amy Spotts. I’m an SONH athlete an athlete leader, a member of Millennium Running Club and a long distance runner who will be plunging into the COLD waters of the Atlantic Ocean at Hampton Beach in February of 2025 for the FIRST TIME EVER! All in an effort to raise money for my local program Plus Co.
